Redefining Recovery
When we saw that the people graduating from our recovery programs for treating drug and alcohol addiction were spiritually outgrowing those in our Friday night church, we took notice. We investigated and found that the key difference was that we were teaching our graduates emotional stability based on a Kingdom foundation.
By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. 2 Peter 1:3-4 (NLT)
Our Spirit lacks for nothing when we make Jesus our Lord. What is in our Spirit has to make its way through our soul (mind, will, and emotions) to play out in our life. Redefining Recovery equips believers to do this by teaching how to identify false beliefs, understand their impact on daily living, and apply God’s design to quiet the soul so that The Spirit can hear and be heard.
What can Redefining Recovery do for you?
Bring emotional stability in every relationship and situation you encounter.
- Help you understand how God wired you and why you do the things you do!
- Reveal the areas where your thinking does not align with God’s truth. Your subconscious thinking impacts every decision you make~ It is worth an inventory.

Breaking New Ground
Breaking New Ground (BNG) is our outreach ministry in Port Richey, Florida, the hometown of our Outreach Pastor, Ito Robles. Several years ago, when Ito first met Cliff, he shared his dream of helping people in his hometown the same way he saw Cliff helping people in Augusta, GA who struggled with addiction. After five years of praying and believing, God provided a path for 143 Ministries to do just that through Pastor Robles, and BNG was born!
We have made connections with several churches and the recovery community in Port Richey that desire to reach those suffering from addiction. These facilities have welcomed us and are partnering with us as we assist them in implementing our approach. In 2021, 143 began sending a team to Port Richey monthly for the purpose of teaching the curriculum used in our recovery programs. Since then, we began seeing people hunger for change and desire to get free from addiction. We began having people seeking inpatient treatment come to Augusta to receive treatment in one of our programs. As an additional resource for Port Richey, BNG offers a weekly 12-Step Recovery Meeting, The Living Room, providing proven solutions for those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction as well as tools for friends and family members of those impacted by addiction.
God has given our ministry a vision for Port Richey and we are committed to walking out that vision as we yield to God to lead us. We believe God has opened this door and that this is just the beginning of what He will do through us in Florida.
What began as monthly trips for 2-day workshops in 2021, has grown into a full -blown community of believers, committed to pulling people from the path of destruction and equipping them to walk a path of peace as the righteousness of Christ.
Our goal is to come alongside those fighting the drug and alcohol problems of Port Richie, Florida. If you would like more information about BNG, please call or email us.

Back2Life
Pastor Chris Eubanks leads this ministry and shares that the vision for this meeting is to bridge the gap between recovery ministries in the CSRA. It is an opportunity for those searching for a Thursday night recovery meeting to access a faith-based, 12-Step Recovery gathering that incorporates the Redefining Recovery principles through its teachings.
By equipping people with the knowledge of how to understand themselves and those around them, those attending this meeting will begin to identify why they do what they do, how to exit the destructive cycles present in their lives, and begin rebuilding on a firm, Kingdom-focused foundation.
All AA, NA, and Al-Anon members and anyone seeking understanding about their own addictions or the struggles of those around them are welcome.
